     Converts a Clipper color attribute to a numeric DOS attribute,
     including intensity and blink bits.

       Arguments:

     wColor - 'C' Clipper color attribute.

       Return:

     Numeric

       Example:

     twVattr( "gr+/r" ) --> 78
